		pricing conditions: PRICES - year-round: 48 € / day for 2 persons starting at 3 overnight stays for each additional person + 12 € per overnight stay for children up to three years + 7 € per overnight stay These prices contail all incidental expenses such as electricity, water and heating in addition to this the city of Trier levies a 1€ per day tax (Kulturförderabgabe) for up to seven days Linen can be brought along by the guest, alternatively it can be supplied by me - bed cloths, one towel, dish cloths - fee: 5,60€ per guest Final Cleaning can be done by the guest, alternatively I can do the job - fee: 16,80€, if you bring a pet along 28,80€ A separate suite located on the same storey can be booked to the same conditions - queen size bed, bathroom and kitchen in shared use with VISWAS.
